Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Feel free to contact our office if your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.
Multiple Visit Payment Options
- Option 1: Full Payment at Time of Service– We offer a 5 percent discount for payment in full prior to the start of treatment if no other discounts are included.
- Option 2: Three Equal Payments – For those individuals desiring a more flexible payment plan, the open account plan may be the best choice. This plan allows for three equal payments to be paid out over a period of three months. The first payment of one-third is due at the time of treatment, the second payment is due one month after treatment, and the third and final payment is due two months after treatment.
- Option 3: Outside Financing – We offer extended 6 month or 12 month interest-free financing through Care Credit. There is available a 24 month and 60 month extended financing plan also, but with interest charges.
Dental Insurance
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We do not participate in Health Management Organizations(HMO); however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We also offer flexible payment plans. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. We look forward to hearing from you.
